Uprights run proud Ground band (mm)

Uprights never stop at a rail — they run past by this much and the horizontals butt into them. Below the ground band, grub screws face up or out instead of down or out, so a key can reach them.

Braces run 29 (129) while the angle stays inside 30–60°, and fall back to a C50 (173) swivel outside it. Slide one past what any clamp covers and it is blocked, not fudged.

A brace never lands on a corner — its end is offset along the upright if it rises, along the rail if it lies flat. Click a brace clamp, then drag it, and the brace re-cuts itself.
